Promoting character education in the community

Purpose:

One of the central purposes of the MindOH! Foundation is to promote
the effective use of character education in the community, and to
support organizations whose mission includes the positive emotional

development of youth. We want to work with schools and community-based organizations to develop projects that help us achieve this objective. If you have an idea for a collaborative project, please use the following guidelines to submit a proposal for consideration.

Project Areas:

General ideas of appropriate projects: opportunities to place character education programs in schools and youth organizations; educate parents, volunteers and staff about character education and how to employ it effectively; research on character education topics; youth activities to support your character education efforts.

What we Provide:

The primary assets we distribute are free access to the Middle School Series, program development assistance, staff and volunteer training, relevant materials, and possible joint grant proposals for funding.

We encourage you to fill out our online form for proposal submissions.
