- 5,939 students
filled out the online survey
- 1,321 students
submitted essays
- 335 schools participated
- 45 states participated
A.I. Root Middle School in Medina,
Ohio won the grand prize with a total of 484 survey entries.
Gibson City Melvin Sibley Middle School in Gibson City,
Illinois was the runner up with 230 survey entries. Read
