Bullying is an inconsiderate, unforgiving matter. Bullying includes; people calling you names, beating, pinching, piercing, pushing or shoving(hurting), stealing your money, taking your friends away from you, making silent or abusive phone calls , sending you offensive phone texts ,and posting insulting messages on the internet or by IM, are a few ways bullying is showed.

I think that the best idea is if a teacher can catch the bullies red-handed, that way, you won't get into bother from anyone for telling a tale. It will be obvious to everybody what has been happening. Don't be tempted to punch back since you may get injured or get into trouble. Bullies don't like witnesses.

On a bus, try to sit near the driver. If you have to walk part of the way, and you're afraid of being attacked, then change up your route, try to leave home and school soon after or a bit in advance, or ask if you can walk with neighbors, that you know, who live close to you, even if they're older or younger. If you are going somewhere farther away from your house or school try to go somewhere that probably has CCTV so if you're attacked in the street the police may be able to get proof. There isn't just one kind of bully there are two kinds; one is the bully who beats you up and taunts you, and the kind that is a person who sees it all happen but doesn't do anything about it. People who are being bullied need friends so if you are able to help out somebody who is so miserable, please do so.

You could think about martial arts classes so that you are self-assured that you can look after yourself if crucial. If people are making cruel comments regarding you then it may be for the reason that they are jealous. Possibly you're better looking than they are or work harder or maybe the teacher(s) like you more than them. One technique of handling the comments is just to say ...yeah, whatever, every time consequently that you give yourself an idea about them that it isn't having the result of offending you in the way they believe. The bullies will have worked out what buttons to press on to create an upset you. They may make comments about; your weight, your looks, the color of your hair, your family, your schoolwork, if you are popular, if you work hard, if you have a disability, if you are a different religion, color or culture, if you wear glasses, if you have dyslexia, or if you've been out of school because you were sick.

Bullying Online gets emails from different students who have stopped eating because they've been called fat or stupid, because they aren't as smart as you. There was once a girl who tried to burn her freckles off because of cruel comments. The thing all these people had in common was that they were perfectly ordinary, nice people who had the bad luck to come up against a very horrible person. If you have a cell phone, be careful who you give your number to. If you get intimidating or insulting phone calls or text messages then tell your parents. It is an illegal offence to send offensive or threatening phone messages and if it continues, it can also amount to harassment. The police can, and do, take action for crimes like this.

Body language tells everyone a lot about other people. If you're trying not to be noticed and looking at the ground a lot while dashing into school it can make you more visible. If you look defenseless and weak, you are a bully's target so try to make yourself, look tough, but if you try to hard the bully will know you are faking it.

Just don't forget to ask for help, sometimes bullying can make you feelsad and upset and that being alive isn't worth existing but you will come through it, if you get help as soon as you can.

Once my friend Michelle was being bullied persistently, she's had people beating her and the other day she had to go to hospital because she had a broken finger. She was sick to death and sometimes she felt like killing herself, she tried to commit suicide, but I stopped her, she even cut herself. I felt sorry for her when it was happening, but I didn't know what to do.
