"BULLIES: MEAN OR JUST SELFCONCIOUS"

Bullying is a dangerous activity that can take place anywhere at any time. Bullies often bully other people because they are insecure themselves and therefore take it out on other people. Bullies should be stopped because they affect almost anyone they talk to. Most common bullies are in school. They pick on other people because of their race, how intelligent they are, what they wear or look like, and their disabilities.

Emotional bullying is even worse than physical bullying. Emotional bullying is started by calling another person bad names or by picking on them. if they're different from everybody else. Emotional bullying can cause the person being bullied to be stressed and to have low self-esteem. That can also lead to the person being bullied to commit violence to themselves or others. Emotional bullying usually then leads to physical bullying.

Physical bullying is dangerous and harmful to both people involved in the situation. The person being bullied is not only endangered of being hurt and could even possibly be killed. The person doing the bullying can be in danger of being expelled or sent to prisons for younger people. Physical bullying still takes place in schools, even when teachers are around and it needs to be stopped.

Bullying is bad because it causes the person being bullied pain. Whether physical or emotional that person almost always is hurt by the bully's comments or physical fights towards them. It can also cause embarrassment if kids are bullied in school in front of other kids especially of the opposite gender.

Bullying in schools has to be stopped. Bullying in schools is probably the most common place for it to occur. Some teachers just stand by and watch the kids bully each other, even if they know that it's not an equal fight. They also give both kids detention and expulsion from school, even if one of the kids, just the bully started the fight.

To stop the problem of bullying in schools, assembly can be shown to provide students with solutions that will help them stand up to bullies. If that doesn't work children being bullied can go talk to a family member or trusted teacher about his/her problem. My last solution to this problem would be to make programs or clubs in the school that support kids being bullied and approach their problem with their bully individually. These kind of clubs will give children being bullied the feeling of that they're not alone. These suggestions will help make schools safer for children, inside and out.
