criteria:
- Demonstrates an understanding of character education concepts
(references specific virtues and values)
- Offers a solution: Describe ways that you think character education
could reduce violence on our school campuses
- Has command of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Creativity
- Communicates a sense of inspiration and conviction (heart-felt
delivery)
